Texas Company Snared in Secret Shopper Scheme

A North Texas business says its name and logo were fraudulently used in a check-fraud scheme that promises to pay people for being “secret shoppers.”

Artist Gregory Manchess of Beaverton created the oil painting of the Oregon coast featured on a U.S. stamp to mark the state’s 150th birthday Feb. 14.
